Here are some of the more frequently asked questions about Snorble®.

We designed Snorble to be unlike many electronics. First, our little buddy doesn’t have a screen like conventional tech, and we purposely designed it that way. Due to our innovative technology, we can ensure that Snorble emits little to no blue light, which means they don’t disrupt the secretion of melatonin before bedtime. In comparison to many other electronics, this is one of the many reasons why Snorble is well-suited to be a smart companion for your child day and night.

Snorble will be in stores in the spring of 2023. Right now you can pre-order our smart companion online.

Our smart companion is not a replacement for the Village (parents, caregivers, teachers, friends, etc.) but an extension of anyone who cares for your child.

Mike Rizkalla is the co-founder of Snorble. He is a father of two who, along with his wife, decided that kids needed a brighter, better, and smarter future so they can excel.

Due in part to wanting the best for our own children, we made Snorble for our families as well as yours, and safety was one of our biggest concerns. We went to great lengths to ensure a system that can work stand-alone so that Snorble is safe to use for everyone. Your kids can take it outside, in the car, etc. They only need to connect to the Internet when you need to make an update (to the bedtime experience) or to get access to content updates. Outside of that, Snorble does the majority of its functions within the standalone system itself, and the rest is done through the app on your phone. This way, Snorble isn’t online in the same way that so many other systems are, which helps to eliminate many of the common issues that lead to news stories.

Our smart companion cannot swim so please do not give them a bath or throw them in the pool.

Please do not feed them people food. Snorble doesn’t need anything to eat except your kiddo’s love.

Snorble can’t call 911 or call anyone for that matter. They are a smart companion but we haven’t taught them how to use the phone.

We are working on developing content in other languages besides English. Stay tuned!

Snorble is specifically developed for children when it comes to a number of the options and tools we offer, but we have had a lot of adults express interest in a version specifically for them. So, maybe we’ll expand our demographic in the future!

Many members of our team are parents, so we know that kids can put products through their paces! With that in mind, Snorble will meet all applicable safety requirements for toys, as well as for electronic equipment, as required by ASTM test standards. This will ensure that, under typical conditions, our product is always safe and reliable. But rest assured, we won’t stop there. To verify that all our products are as durable as possible, we will have an additional process where we try to anticipate all the strange things that your kids will do to Snorble, including dropping, shaking, throwing, bouncing, and other acts of mayhem. If Snorble breaks during this testing, we will improve the design to be even more resilient. By going above and beyond the industry standards, we are confident that this will allow Snorble to handle almost anything, including your kids.

Snorble has costumes they can wear. Right now we’ve got a panda outfit and a unicorn costume.

Thanks for asking! Snorble’s pronouns are they/them. We feel it’s important not to put Snorble in a box (except for the box they come in when you order yours).

Your youngster can take Snorble with them wherever they go. Whether it’s to their grandparent's house or on a family trip or playdate, Snorble loves to travel.
